1. Who we are

Erbil International Hospital Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17139414, with its registered office at Office 18209, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London, United Kingdom, E6 2JA. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy, which we process in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. The data we collect

This website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, and we do not build marketing lists. The website itself does not collect or store personal data. Our contact page prepares an email in your own email application; the only personal data we receive is what you choose to send us by email:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • the subject of your enquiry and the content of your message.

3. How and why we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to assess and progress a franchise or partnership discussion you have initiated. Our lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence addressed to us (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR) and, where your enquiry relates to entering into an agreement with us, steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Article 6(1)(b) UK GDPR).

4. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. Email correspondence is processed by our email service provider solely for the purpose of delivering and storing our mail. Where any processing involves a transfer outside the United Kingdom, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the UK GDPR.

5. Retention

We retain enquiry correspondence only for as long as necessary to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, after which it is deleted. Correspondence connected to a continuing business relationship is retained for the duration of that relationship and any period required by law.

6. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data; to restrict or object to its processing; and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority for data protection issues (ico.org.uk).

7. Contact

To exercise any of your rights, or for any question about this policy or our handling of your personal data, contact us at info@erbilinternationalhospital.co.uk.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with a revised “last updated” date.
